Chief Amos Itihwe – DESOPADEC Commissioner representing Ughelli South, Udu, Uvwie and Urhobos of Warri South today inspected the Skill acquisition centre built by DESOPADEC some years ago in Otu-Jeremi but illegally occupied by a non governmental organisation called citizen and leadership training center , women unit. The commissioner mentioned that the original purpose for which the project was built will be followed to the letters for the betterment of the youths of his mandate area saying that the commission intend to encourage youths to believe in themselves and learn to earn a living through acquired skills. He further mentioned that there will be a meeting between the commission and the said organisation.
