The executive governor of Delta state, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has uplifted the lockdown order in the state, while ordering that social distancing be put in check.
The governor in a state wide broadcast also directed the compulsory use of face masks in public places while the state borders remain open to only agricultural, petroleum food and other essential services.
