NFF: Tidi Felicitates With Pinnick Over Re-Election
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area in Delta State, Dr. Michael Ejueyitsi Tidi has s felicitated with President of Nigerian Football Federation, Mr. Amaju Melvin Pinnick over his re-election Thursday September 20.
Dr. Michael Tidi in a press statement noted that the fact that Mr. Pinnick polled 34 votes out of 44 delegates in an election contested for by other veteran sports administrators,speaks volume of the confidence Nigerians have in the NFF Boss.
According to the Warri South Local Government Chairman, the achievements of Mr. Pinnick as NFF President, which includes attracting external funding for the payment of National team coaches and taking care of players' welfare as well as renewed confidence in our National teams by Nigerian players born abroad, are testament of the immense contributions of the Deltan born football administrator to the growth of Nigeria's football.
He admonished the re-elected NFF Boss and former DFA Chairman to consolidate on his peace building process as he works tirelessly towards the steady growth of Nigerian football.
